I have mid terms this week!  *screams!*  Yikes— I know I can do but my History exam seems overwhelming!  “Yes we can!”   Here is a list from my skicky note on how to get over anxiety attacks:

1. Call someone.
2. Leave your room and go hang out with your friends.
3. Cook.
4. Journal/Blog!
5. Clean your apartment.
6. Take a bath.
7. Deep breathing with bubbly music.
